Hazardous Shipping with Label Master Integration
Welcome to the user guide for utilizing Label Master integration for shipping hazardous goods within Piyovi TMS solution. Label Master integration enables users to ensure compliant shipping of all types of hazardous goods using all modes and generate necessary documentation. In this user guide, we'll walk you through the steps necessary to process a hazardous shipment and also provide you with sample documentation that is generated. Shipping Process
The following steps outline the process to create a spot quote and send it to various carriers of your choice for bidding.
- Navigate to Ship (top menu) screen.
- Scan/Enter your reference document # (e.g., sales order, delivery, shipment, etc.) to pull all the details from your source (e.g., ERP/WMS) system.
- Click Save (It is mandatory to save the shipment before continuing to process a hazardous shipment).
- Navigate to the Label Master tab.

Select Regulation, Form Type, and Transportation Mode.

Click Create.

Piyovi creates the shipment on Label Master’s DGIS system and captures the unique shipment # from the DGIS platform in Piyovi.

Click Launch.

Piyovi redirects the user to the DGIS screen to complete the packing.

Click Sync to retrieve the items and package details captured in the DGIS platform.
- Piyovi will retrieve and populate the information in the Ship screen.

Enter/update any other shipment-related data as needed.

Click Ship to complete the shipping process with the carrier.

Once a shipment is successfully processed, all the relevant documentation is printed, and the screen is cleared.
View Processed Shipment
- To access recent shipments to view the tracking number, re-print documents, etc., click on the History icon.
- Click on the recently processed shipment to view shipment details.
- Navigate to the Docs tab to view/re-print/email the generated documents.
