Introduction

We are pleased to announce the release of Piyovi v26.05.01, which includes key enhancements aimed at improving usability, operational efficiency, and shipment visibility. Below is a summary of the new features and updates included in this release.

Preferred Delivery Time for Automatic Reports

The Report Scheduler module now supports configurable delivery times for automatic reports. Users can choose when reports should be generated and delivered based on their operational needs.

What Changed

Previously, scheduled reports were delivered only at a fixed system-defined time.
With this enhancement, users can now configure:

  • Preferred report delivery time
  • Schedule days
  • Time zone

Automation → Report Scheduler → Add/Edit Report Scheduler

Picture1.png

New Scheduler Options

The Report Scheduler now includes:

  • Schedule Time – Set the preferred report delivery time
  • Schedule Days – Choose the days for report execution
  • Time Zone Support – Configure report delivery based on the selected timezone

How It Works

When creating or updating a Report Scheduler, users can define the preferred schedule settings. Reports will then be automatically generated and delivered according to the configured time, days, and timezone.

This enhancement does not impact existing scheduler functionality or delivery methods.

Benefits

  • Provides timely access to operational reports
  • Helps transport and logistics teams plan activities more efficiently
  • Offers greater flexibility and control over automated report delivery

  • Available through External APIs

Existing Dangerous Goods workflows and functionality remain unchanged.

Unified Account Management & MFA Login

This release introduces the Unified Account Portal — a new, dedicated space where users can manage their Piyovi account security, MFA settings, and activity in one place. Administrators can now enforce MFA at the user level, and users access the portal directly from their Piyovi Profile page.

⚠️ The Unified Account Portal is currently in Beta. Features and UI may change in subsequent releases.

What's New

The Unified Account Portal (account.piyovi.io) is the centrepiece of this release. It gives every user a single place to manage their account security — MFA, password, and activity history — without needing to contact an administrator for routine changes.

Users never need to navigate to the URL directly. The portal is linked from inside the Piyovi application on the Profile page.

Portal Access from the Piyovi Profile Page

A banner on the Profile page provides one-click access to the Unified Account Portal.

Picture2.png

How to open the portal:

  1. Log in to the Piyovi application.
