Introduction

We are pleased to announce the release of Piyovi v26.01.01, which includes key enhancements aimed at improving usability, operational efficiency, and shipment visibility. Below is a summary of the new features and updates included in this release.

Update: Shipment History – All Shipment Visibility​

We are excited to introduce an enhancement to the Shipment History panel that improves shipment visibility across users within a company. Previously, users could only view shipments associated with their own activity. With this update, shipment history can now be filtered to display user-specific or company-wide shipments with greater flexibility.

What’s New: Shipment History Filter Options​

A new dropdown filter has been introduced in the Shipment History panel with the following options:

  • My Shipments

  • All

  • Shipped

  • Draft

This enhancement allows users to quickly identify shipments based on ownership and shipment status.

How It Works​

My Shipments​

  • Displays all shipments associated with the currently logged-in user.

  • Includes shipments across all applicable statuses.

All​

  • Displays shipments created by all users within the same company.

Filter option​

3.1 Shipped​
  • Filters and displays shipments with a status of Shipped.
3.2 Draft​
  • Filters and displays shipments with a status of Draft.

Note: Default Behavior:When the Shipment History screen is opened and no filter is selected: The system defaults to My Shipments.
